You Are So Special
Good Sunday morning all! I selected a piece of Amethyst card for the background. I used the outer die decorative from the Stained Glass Grapevine die set and cut it into the top of the card. I backed it in white. I cut the centre die in white and backed it in amethyst card. I cut the grapevine die in black and glued a piece of clear acetate to the back. I used Polished silk glitter and added glue to the sections, then sprinkled on the glitter starting with the darkest areas first. I set it aside to dry overnight then glued it to the middle of the die cuts. I cut the Lace Filigree Border in white and added it at the bottom of the card. I cut the You Are So Special die in black, and added it to a white shadow acking and attached it below the focal element and above the border. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Good morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, a beautiful amethyst and white card today, the border atthe bottom just finishes the design off with the wonderful grapes hanging in the middle oval, love it.
