Birthday Wishes
Hello crafters! I started today's card by cutting the Art Deco Fan Border into both sides of the white background. I cut the Fan Border two more times in black and used them as offset shadows behind the fan borders. For the focal element, I cut the Art Deco Grand Labels out of Periwinkle card two times. I backed both of them with periwinkle card. I cut the smaller label from the set in periwinkle card too. I cut one of the larger and one smaller in half and used them behind the whole die cut but added them vertically behind it. I added the whole die cut horizontally and cut the Birthday Wishes sentiment in black and glued it to the die cut. The card was completed with white, periwinkle and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x 9 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue. Love the pretty colours you have used for the card today and I do particularly like the borders which are so delicate. It is amazing how much detail you can get into your dies nowadays when you think what dies used to be like when they first came on the market.
