Snowflake Wishes

Hello bloggers!  I selected a piece of white card and embossed it with the Bold Snowflake embossing folder.  I used spray glue and coated the embossed piece then sprinkled Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz all over it.  I cut the outer frame from the Stained Glass Snowman in sky blue.  I cut the middle frame out of both white and black.  I shadowed the white die with the black die cut and attached it to the outer frame.  I cut the Snowman with a piece of black card on top of a piece of white card.  The black die cut cuts all the way while the white die cut only cuts the outside edge and leaves an imprint of te image.  I coloured the white die cut with markers, then attached a sticky adhesive sheet over the top of it.  I attached the black die cut then added Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz over the remaining exposed adhesive areas.  I added it to the die stack and attached the image in the middle of the background.  I cut the Snowflake Wishes in black from the Christmas Wordie sheets and glued it below the snowman .  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 3/4"  x  8 1/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

Morning Sue and all follower friends. Yes Owlish, it's such a shame Sue doesn't get as many comments and visible support here once the launch is over!!
Anyway fur-baby is out now with her daddy on her first visit to the country park for the day so I can have this golden time to myself to do what I love doing the most.
It's so nice to wake up to a smile, your Stained Glass dies are so relaxing to piece together, with a younger style background and a tiny little decorated money envelope this could be a 'puzzle card' for a child, either colour the fall out or leave the cardstock plain for the child to colour or glitter up, for our blog friends making cards for charity shops they are lovely to do as packs for class friends/teachers hmmm our young grandchildren might like to do that too, Lottie just past her first ballet exam with distinction so we did what most grandparents would do is to treat, so with the money I sent over daddy sent a picture of her with arms full of craft items........ OK lovely nannies out there, I rest my case lol. So you give so much joy to all age ranges Sue - Thank you.

Love to all that comment today and I hope our poorly crew start to pick up real soon xxx

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, oh I adore the snowman, I think this is my most favourite of all of them, although the Angel is not far behind. Love all the glitter and glitz, it is on my list to do. I have an on line workshop this afternoon and we are using one of the new release dies, it is gorgeous, so am looking forward to joining that.

I totally agree Steph, about the support for this wonderful blog, it is so worth visiting every day, and commenting. I know that Sue reads everyone of them. So please don't be strangers, there is so much inspiration to enjoy.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Hi Sue, a lovely card and Mr Frosty looks happy to be in his glittery world. It was so hard to choose between the stained glass dies as I loved them all but I settled for the Candle and Bells and hope to have some playtime later today.

Steph - well done to Lottie for the distinction and for choosing craft 'stuff' with her present from nanny.

I think it’s such a happy card Sue, in fact I’m going to help my granddaughter who also just passed her first Ballet exam and loves to craft, to make her first Christmas cards for her friends.
Thank you Sue for all your inspiration and wonderful dies, embossing folders etc. so as a grandparent I can enjoy time and encourage her with the craft I love
