Let It Snow

Hello crafters!  I wanted to share this one with you because, although it has a Christmas sentiment on it, it could easily be used for any other occasion outside of the Christmas season, don't you think?  I started with the Ruffled Edged Frame and used the inner frame design to create a larger outline by cutting half of it then moving the die along.  The "short" side of the outer area is actually the longer side of the die.  Once it was lengthened and cut, I added it to the centre to cut the die in it's actual size.  I backed it with Antique Silver card.  I used the Marilynne die in white as the centre focal point.  I cut the inside die from the Ruffled Edged Frame in white and nipped it in half and glued the pieces to either side of the Marilynne die.  I cut the Meredith die in white, then added a second layer in Antique Silver and the base to it in Silver Mirror card then attached it in the centre of the card.  I used the Let It Snow shadowed sentiment cut in silver with a black word shadow.  I glued all the pieces to the die's shadow which was cut in white.  I split the words into the upper corner and lower corners.  The card was completed with white, Antique silver and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 3/4"  x  7 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x
