Lovely card Sue, it's gorgeous.
Cheryl, so glad that you did the Trip, how proud Peter would have been of you. It was a trip that Tim and I were planning, it had always been his dream to drive a Tbird on Route 66. Sadly we didn't get the chance to do it either. You will have some lovely memories.
Elaine, glad Andrew is feeling a bit better. Sleep is always a good thing.
Tina, same for Peter, although I don't know about breakfast that late. You are a good wife.
France's good news about hubby, hope physio helps.
Bejay, you are in the wars, but you did see the doc and I'm proud of you. Hope you are feeling better today.
June, how are you, is cold clearing up, you need to be fit for 13th.
Deb, I had a little tear too thinking of the little red paso rings and your FIL.
Tina and Mick, thinking of you, hope all is well.
Steph, you are a normal loving mum and grandma, what a lovely message from son in law.
Hugs to Laine, Lorraine,Tracey, Wheelybad and all who are not well, have poorly partners or just want a hug.

Morning Sue. What a beautiful ornate card, one to take time over and give to the special people in your family or life. At first glance it looks quite time consuming and fiddly, but looking at it again, it's just a few beautiful dies built up at various levels, but until I watch your tutorial I've not got the foggiest idea what I'm chuntering on about, so I'd better scroll up and click the play button ! So for now I'll send you this hug, wish you a lovely day, and I'm off to watch your inspiration xxx

Good morning Sue and crafters all,
Lovely card today, the white on the green really pops. Do not have the tree die but have the others so my try this with a different edge.
Thank you Pam for your good wishes, Peter has never complained at all that he has been through, so whatever his needs are I will adapt and cater for. He got up at six and asked for weetabix with warm milk, has had that now gone back to bed.
June Smith, hope you are well, not long now!!!! To all other crafters and their other halves we wish you well.
I watched this video last night on your YouTube - Channel and also the baby onesie that is beautiful.
Love and crafty hugs to all,

Good morning Sue. Beautiful card but I'll have to save the video for later as it's an early start at work again today. I don't know where yesterday went but it started by taking daughter back to uni, a 150 mile round trip, and was still at work at 7.20am!
Stephanie, your story brought a tear to my eye. Cheryl, I'm so pleased you made the trip in Pete's memory. Sending special wishes to anyone in pain or caring for a loved one. Hugs to all. Sue xxx

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, yes todays card does it for me, although I don't have the Christmas adornment die I do have the star one so could adapt my creation using this one.

Wheely Bad, hope you feel better soon and Mr gets the bricklaying job hugs.

Frances - good news about physio for hubby, I know it will help to improve and strengthen his movements, it is a long journey but will be worth it.

Debs - I would have cried too if I had seen the little red paw prints, these memories will stay forever. Hope FIL is settling in OK xx

Bejay - what are we going to do with you, I so feel for you to have such pain, you must do as your lovely Dr. Cath says and rest as much as you can, follow her instructions, she knows what she is talking about. sending special hugs x

Pearl - I do hope things are improving for you and Dave, and that his medication kicks in quickly and he can come home, also that you are able to get some rest too. special hugs xx

Cheryl - what a wonderful trip you had, although your beloved Pete was not there in person to share it with you he was with you in spirit all the time, so lovely to have met such wonderful new friends, go for the reunion next year.

Elaine, pleased that Andrew had a better day yesterday, sending lots of hugs xxx

Oh Stephanie, I have tears rolling down my cheeks as I read yesterdays blog, what a wonderful, wonderful experience, these memories will be with you forever, yes I know Lottie will not remember them but you will all be able to retell the tale to her over and over again and she in turn will tell her own children.....hark at me, she is only 1 but you know what I mean. Then to top it all came the message from your son in law, you certainly have cracked it. made my morning reading it. special hugs xx

Tina - pleased to hear that Peter is improving, hope he doesn't get into the habit of wanting his breakfast at 9:30 pm....but if he did I know you would do it for him, that is true love xx

I am continuing to improve daily with this rotten cold, I think I should be OK for Thursday, time will tell.

Special hugs to everyone who needs them.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Absolutely gorgeous card Sue, in fact the last few I have missed are gorgeous, the video is superb and although I don't have all the dies I'm sure I can make it work using one of your other dies, this pain is driving me crazy but I'll keep on taking the tablets, although I think it's time for another visit to the doctors, I'm going to ask if I can have a discectomy although with three bulging disc I'm not sure if they will do them all,

Hi, Sue,
What a striking card this morning, can't wait to watch the video.
Thanks to everyone for their kind wishes. I have to say that although it's still more than a bit painful, I'm feeling a bit better knowing that the bad pain was actually from my muscles going into spasm to protect the joint rather than something sinister, yes, Dr, Cath is worth her weight in gold.
Fluffycat, do you think if I'm declared a disaster area the government will send relief funds? Think of all the dies I could get for my collection lol.
Wheely, thanks for thinking of me while you are not 100% yourself. I like the idea of a hot pad, more comfortable than a bottle to lean on, I'm thinking.
I'm hoping that rest and heat will help it ease up as the next step is the dreaded physio and I don't like her...just think Nurse Ratched, or however her name was spelt, and you'll know the agony she inflicts with a smile on her face. I have to say though that she did help my knee lol.
Off to watch the video now. Warm wishes to all who are feeling unwell today and gentle virtual hugs.
Happy Tuesday crafting,
Bejay xx

Thanks for a great video, Sue, at first thought Christmas trees? then realised. Love the different orientations you use which all go to make a spectacular card.
Good wishes to all our poorly people, hoping for big improvements soon. So many with problems. Special thoughts for Frances and Pearl.
Wheely - glad you're back after such a tough time. So hope things go well for Billy tomorrow, oh dear what a worry. You are the one who makes me wish there was a magic wand! Hope Mr W gets the job.
Bejay - take it easy, no more mishaps. You're about on a par with Helen lol.
Steph and Cheryl - nice stories. Debs, clearing a person's house is so emotional (we've done it four times and once, like you, when the person was moving to other accommodation) so hard, a lifetime's memories - and it's just not feasible to keep everything.
Laine and PP - greetings!

Good evening lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

I really look forward to your video demo days, more so when its incorporating a festive themed card, im always in desperate need of expert inspiration at this time of year when the pressure is on to produce a large volume of varied cards...i pride myself in never producing the same card twice. This card has really captured my imagination, i love the brunswick shade of festive green, it reminds me of holly foliage and wreaths. The snowflake gemini die is stunning in its detailing, and the central focal point using the bold snowflake as a frame is charming. Such a straightforward but highly effective card and one that i will be stealing during my foray into festive card making.
Can i just say that even though I couldn't comment yesterday, i checked the blog and was so taken by the fabulous card on display...just had to say:-)
Not much has changed Cassa Eastwood since my last report, still plagued by the sinus infection and avoiding taking antibiotics, and my beloved scooter is still out of action so i am confined to house and pulling my hair out...there was a glimmer of hope, James our neighbour promised to do it this morning but when my mum dropped off the scooter he was still in bed and remained so for the rest of the day, wondering if he isn't feeling well again....maybe tomorrow? My mum has a busy day at the hospital getting a cyst on her hip drained, hoping its straightforward but she has to be ready from 8am for patient transport even though her appointment isn't till midday....it makes it a longer, tiring day for her.
Was very industrious today though, made a card for my Uncle using a sheet of paper that had been pixie powdered...i was loathe to actually use it because i was so pleased with the results:-)...and the shadow happy birthday box, the results were so cute and this die makes tricky customers that much easier, i still had to add a flower and some ribbon though!
Cheryl, welcome back, your holiday sounded like a wonderful experience and im sure your hubby was with you in spirit every step of the way.
Frances, great that the physio has began so quickly, it will make all the difference because strokes can be so debilitating and frustrating for the patient. Hope he makes a speedy recovery.
P, what a shame your vet has retired, they are like good doctors or hairdressers, worth their weight in gold and losing them can be a massive adjustment. Hope you get along with her replacement because im guessing you spend a lot of time there:-)
June, fingers crossed for the 13th, hope the sniffles have disappearedxxx
Wheely, so sorry to hear about Billy, hope his op goes to plan and he's back to his old self again. Glad that you're okay though, was really worriedxxx
Maureen, Myra, Norah and all the ladies going to Carlisle, have a safe journey and hope you have a fab time!
Yvonne, enjoy your last evening with the parents, you'll get your own bed back tomorrow darling...bliss!
Hugs to all my bestiesxxx

Hi Sue. WOW !!! Todays card is really beautiful !!! A fab video to. I love the green and white card stock together. Your Christmas tree configurations die looks beautiful. I love the design of the Christmas tree and you have designed such lovely lace work around the edges of the die to. A very pretty die. I think the snowflake Gemini die is great to. I have to admit I was not so sure about this die set until I saw John Lockwood making cards with it last week at my local craft shop. It is much more pretty and impressive in real life !!! I do actually have the Bold Snowflake Frame on order since seeing your Christmas shows at the weekend. I really LOVE this die set, especially the gorgeous snowflake centre with the piercing dots. I can't wait for it to arrive. The thin centre frame you made for the sentiment is great, and what a fab idea to glitter your sentiment with little off cuts of double sided adhesive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful card and fab video today. I love it all. Sending lots of love to you Sue from Tres x x x
