Just Because

Hi bloggers!  I selected a piece of deep blue background made by using Midnight Blue Pixie Powders on a piece of White Gloss card.  I covered it with a piece of ling film and scrunched it to create interesting patterns when it dried   I cut two of the Jewelled Scalloped Border in white.  I nipped away the lattice portion of the die and glued the rest of the border to each side of the background.  I cut the Floral Rectangle in white and added sky blue flowers to it.  I cut the Shadow die in white and backed the frame with it.  I cut the Just Because Block Sentiment in white and then cut just the sentiment portion out of a leftover bit of the caught in crystal background.  I paper pieced the sentiment into the white block sentiment piece, then matted it in white and attached it to the frame. I used White PVA glue and added some dots to the frame as accents.   The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/4"  x  9 1/2"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
