Just Another Day In Paradise

Hello crafters!  I cut the background die from the Beach Palm Trees Stained Glass out of aqua card.  I attached it to a piece of white card with a sticky adhesive sheet attached to it.  The exposed adhesive was filled in with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz.  I cut the centre die ring from the set out of white card and layered it in the middle of the background piece with foam.  Next I cut the Palm Trees out of white card.  I used Distress inks and smoothies to ink the palm trees, water and sand, leaving the border edge white.  I used a piece of Pixie Sparkled card from my background stash as a backing piece.  It was made with Teal Marine Pixie Sparkles and glued it to the back of the inked die cut.  I added it to the centre of the decorative ring with mounting foam.  I cut a larger piece of white card and attached it to the top, then added the Just Another day In Paradise to the lower portion.  I added a pink hibiscus with a yellow centre next to it as an accent.  The hibiscus came from the Tropical Hibiscus set.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6"  x  8 1/2"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
