Hello bloggers! I started with a piece of Pixie Powdered card from my stash for today's card. I used
Midnight Blue, Lava Red and emerald GreenPixie Powders on it. Next I cut the background of the
Beach Sunset Stained Glass out of black card. I cut the centre ring of the die set out of white card and layered it onto the background. I cut the inside decorative die out of black card and added a piece of sticky adhesive sheet to the back of it. I hand trimmed around it so it matched the circle edge of the die cut. Using
Polished Silk Glitters, I layered the colours in stripes up the die. I started with turquoise for the ocean then added
Ice Blue, Vintage Violet, Fire Red, Brilliant Blue then lavender at the top. I layered the glittered die cut in the centre of the white ring with mounting foam. I cut the
Sending You Sunshine sentiment in black and nipped the word Sunshine apart from it and glued it next to the other two words. The card as completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 1/2" x 7 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x
