Hello bloggers! Here's another clean and simple styled card using the latest March release dies. I cut the foliage die from the
Moonflower Floral Panel die set. I cut it in black card and then backed it with a piece of
acetate that I used Pearl Tints on and allowed to dry thoroughly. I swirled the
yellow, pink and blue Pearl Tints across the acetate. I cut the outer frame in black, but added a thin white frame to lift it slightly. I embossed a piece of white card with the
Heart Strings embossing folder, then seated the floral panel using mounting foam to the left side of the card. I cut the
Heartfelt Thanks sentiment in black and glued it to a
Decorative Flag die cut in white. I attached it off the side of the floral panel and added two small black butterflies as accents. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8 1/4" in size.

What a beautiful design. A lovely way to use backgrounds, plus its the kind of design that all you need is a change of your lovely mini expression dies and you have a card for any occasion whether it be happy or for those sad times when we're asked for the hardest card.
Donna. I even keep the tiniest of corners knowing I'll use them for the teeny shadow box flowers or butterfly or the tiny flowers from the garden collection. I never use a full A4 unless it's for mat's and layers or for a large Noble frame xx

What a gorgeous card in beautiful pearl tint colours. They go so well together. The thin white mat on the panel really does lift it. The acetate makes the pearl tints look like enamel. The heart strings embossing folder is a perfect choice and little butterflies are so sweet.

Hi Sue and everyone a beautiful card, its like a rainbow sunset pane l and I have the embossing folder, as others have said just change the sentiment and its a great card for any occasion. I watched all the shows showing your new dies yesterday with Jamie, although I dont think he got to do as many demonstrations as he could have it gave me some great ideas, I also loved his boxes, which I never make.
Steph, im the same, keep everything haha, you never know when you might need it.
