Hi bloggers! I started by embossing the background using the
Rope Chain embossing folder and white card. next I cut the background of the
Beach Lighthouse Stained Glass die with two pieces of white card under the die. This is so I get the top piece cut through the die completely and the bottom piece of card just leaves the impression in it. I used the bottom piece to colour in the mosaic with
distress markers, then I used spray glue over the top and attached the die cut image. I used
Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz on the exposed adhesive areas to give it some bling. I die cut the centre ring, then cut the lighthouse to go on top. I used markers to colour in the lighthouse, rocks and water, the added a piece of sky blue card behind it to fill in the background sky area. I added the pieces with foam mounting tape to the embossed background. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 7" in size. All for now, Sue x

Such a lot of detail in this card - very nice.
I loved every die in this launch and Jamie twisted my arm into buying the collection. I can't wait for the postman to bring them. I love the beach and as it is in the 80's in SC in March, maybe will get to go soon (probably dreaming).
