Baby

Hi bloggers!  It's baby time again!  I started with the Flower Background mask and taped it to a piece of white card.  I sponged through it with Fossilised Amber and Worn lipstick Distress Oxides.  I removed the mask and added two different multi-layered frames made out of white card using the Double Stitched Squares. I cut the Baby die from the Newborn Sentiment die set out of straw card and added a raspberry card shadow and glued it to the inside top of the smaller frame.  I cut the horse and pig from the Farm Animals set and added them as well.  Using the Stitched Doodle Flowers die set, I made a single flower out of the straw and raspberry card, then added a set of leaves cut from khaki card and attached it to the corner of the smaller frame.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/2"  x  7 1/2"  in size.  All for now. Sue x

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, I always love your baby cards, although it will probably be many years before I have to make one for my family, but it is lovely to get the ideas. Mind you in this lockdown I suspect there will be quite a call for theses types of cards, ha ha.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Hi Sue and all blog friends. Well I think I can say this group wont be adding to the global population we're all to busy logging into launches and using our new toys, so you saucy lot can cool down somewhat lol. I don't think I've seen this sample before, did it get lost?
Pat L - No matter the celebration whether it be valentines weekend or Easter etc I always had a small die of some kind on my gift list for an idea for my keeper and lasts sooo much longer than flowers or chocolates and a lot more cost effective for hubby and it must be really lovely for him to see the smile on your face when you get your delivery or gift parcel.
So to all us 'lockdown grandmas' let's not get to excited lol have a nice Saturday wherever you are whatever the time its 5pm somewhere G&T time xxx

Good morning Sue and all.
A lovely card again Sue and as others have suggested, we may be having a Baby Boom shortly.
I will be welcoming my 8th. Great Grandchild next Month so I will be needing a card soon.
I like this one but I also like the previous ones you have showcased so I may have to do an Eanie Meanie Miney Mo.
Have a good weekend.

Good Morning Sue. Lovely cute baby card today Sue and like quite a few of our friends here ... I think it will be a long time till I make any baby cards ... unless it's cards on order. I only have two grandchildren and at the moment they are not considering a family just yet. I love those little animals Sue. And they are not just for babies. Thankyou. Sending hugs and best wishes to everyone who needs them today.

PLEASE STAY EXTRA SAFE EVERYONE 🙏 🙏 🙏

I am loving your choice of colours. It is a little brighter than your usual baby cards but I really like that. Gorgeous card x
I have not heard of any lockdown babies on the horizon yet but I suspect that there will be a bit of a boom. After all there is only so many repeats you can watch on telly. Lol x
