Let The Adventure Begin

Hello there my crafty friends!  I started today's card by cutting a piece of arctic blue card.  I added some waves by tearing a couple of pieces of sky blue card, then adding some fluffy stuff to the torn edges of the card then heating it.  Using the Postage Stamp Rectangles, I created a double white frame and added it over the background with mounting foam.  I cut the Fishing Rod and fish then coloured them with markers.  I cut the bucket from the Fishing Essentials die set and coloured it blue, then added three small fish to it.  I attached the fishing rod and bucket to the right side of the frame, extending the fishing line into the scene.  I cut the Let The Adventure Begin sentiment in black and glued it to the inside of the frame.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/4"  x  8 1/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
