Happy Birthday To A "Reel"y Cool Guy

Hi bloggers!  To start today's card, I cut a piece of brown card.  I used the Rope Net Stencil and taped it over the card and inked through it with Walnut Stain distress ink.  Next I cut the Fishing Vest die out of taupe card.  I cut it again out of tan card and nipped away the pockets and glued them to the taupe die cut. I also cut it a second time in tan to make the vest actually open on the card.  I cut the lures in white and coloured them with markers and put them in the pockets of the vest.  I cut the fishing hat in tan card and inked the edges with walnut stain.  I cut the Fishing Frame with a small piece of white card over the fishing net and a small piece of tan card over the fishing basket.  I trimmed them away from the frame and added them to the card.  I used a red marker on the handle of the fishing net.  I added some fish to the fishing basket that I coloured with markers/  I cut the Happy Birthday sentiment from the frame in black and glued it to a piece of taupe card that I cut with the Postage stamp dies.  I taped it to the card on an angle.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.   The finished dimensions are 

6 3/4"  x  7 3/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
