From The Heart
Hello crafters! I started today's card by embossing a piece of white card with the Heart To Heart embossing folder. Next I cut the smaller heart from the Geometric Hearts die set out of sherbet card three times. I also cut the outer scalloped sections three times out of both white and black card. I shadowed each of the white outer section with the black ones. I covered a piece of sherbet card with a sticky adhesive sheet, then cut just the heart outline die three times. I used Wild Wisteria Gilding Flakes and coated each one with it. I glued the decorative heart over the top and added all three to the backing pieces. I arranged the hearts diagonally down the card and attached them with mounting foam to the embossed background. I cut a couple of the Heart Flourish die in white and added pieces of them coming from the hearts. I cut the From The Heart sentiment in black and glued it to the top right corner of the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 8 1/4" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x
