Precious Baby Boy
Hello there my crafty friends! I started today's card by cutting the Plaid Background in both white, Sky Blue and Blue Dusk card. I backed the white one with another piece of white card to use as the base. I shadowed the sky blue die cut with the Blue Dusk die cut, then cut two side borders out of it. I backed both of them with a piece of white card that was covered with a sticky adhesive sheet. I peeled off the backing paper, attached the side borders then sprinkled Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz on them. I cut two thin strips of sky blue card and glued them down the cut sides of the borders. I added them to the sides of the card with mounting foam to raise them. Using the Noble Pierced Stars, I cut them in alternating colours of blue then stacked them and attached them to the centre of the card. I cut the Precious Little Boy sentiment out of Sky Blue and seated it on a white backing piece then attached it to the top of the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x 9 1/2" in size. All for now, Sue x

Hiya Sue and everyone that pops in.
How cute. A precious piece of inspiration with a design for both baby boys and girls, use 2 of the smaller stars for twins or ...... more lol. I love how with just a simple change of cardstock and change of sentiment you have a card for ant celebration within reason.
Have a good day and love to all xxx
Good morning Sue and a Happy Mothers Day to you and all our American Moms who pop in to the blog today.

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, oh such a beautiful celebration for a baby, twins or even more, yes I like this, I would add more glitter bling to the back of the whole card not just the sides, but that is my choice. Stunning creation xx

Hi Sue, what a lovely card to welcome in a new baby boy and if you change the colours and sentiment it could also work for older boys who can be quite tricky to make cards for.
