It's Your Birthday
Hi there my crafty friends! I selected a piece of white card for the background. I embossed another smaller piece of white card with the 3D Balloons embossing folder. I matted it in black an attached it to the centre of the card, leaving a wide border around it. Using the Birthday Gifts die set, I cut three presents in yellow, red and dark blue an stacked them on top of each other. I alternating the bows on each of the gifts to have different colours. I cut the Surprise sentiment in black and glued it to the top of the card. I cut the It's Your Birthday sentiment in black and glued it below the presents. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 1/4" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Coooor I love the way the colours jump out on this birthday inspiration. Those parcels look fantastic, in fact I wouldn't mind being a year older to be able to have this on my fire mantle lol.

Oh I love todays card. The colour choice is fabulous and really ‘pops’ against the white background. Could be used for anyone and everyone. Change those colours and the sentiment and voila - a wonderful Christmas card x
Checking in a little earlier today. Getting my Coronation chicken and scones ready, (amongst other things), for friends coming and we will absorb ourselves in todays proceedings. Good food, good friends and more than likely a few glasses of bubbles x
