Hi crafters! I made today's card out of leftover bits that I cut and decided not to use for other cards and this is what I came up with! I cut the Lattice Background out of pale mint card and added a white backing piece behind it. I used the Double Stitched Squares and added a piece of clear acetate to the back then added mounting foam and added it over the background. I left the edge of the background showing underneath it. I cut the Balloon from the Birthday Balloons die set and added it in the upper corner on top of the acetate. I cut the streamers from the Dotty Birthday die set and added them next to the balloon. They both were cut from a piece of Pixied card made from Golden Mint, Sun Yellow and Aqua Lagoon Pixie Powders. I cut the Best Day Ever sentiment out of black and glued it under the balloon. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 3/4" x 7 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

I'm not 100% sure about this design. I'll need to read through your notes again, is the balloon behind the acetate or over, it looks so shiny in the close up photograph it looks like it's got the acetate over, maybe my brain needs hot coffee before it wakes up. Hi Sue, I'm sorry to say that I am not too sure about this card. I love the Lattice Background and the acetate backed frame but the other elements seem disjointed, not the smooth flow that we are used to seeing from you, sorry.
