Thinking Of You
Hello bloggers! I selected a piece of Blue Dusk card for my background (and I apologize that the rest of the pics look like a different colour, not sure why, but the top pic is actually the colour of this card). I used the Decorative Squared Rectangles and cut it into the background. I backed it with white card. I inked the Petunia Stampcut die in black ink and ran it through the die cutting machine. I used alcohol ink markers to colour the image. I added it inside the centre of the card with mounting foam. I cut the Noble Thinking Of You in black and arranged it around the focal element. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x 8 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Regardless of the colour change I'm sure everyone that leaves a comment today will all love this inspiration, you could almost say you've shown us two colour options for this inspiration as we do sometimes talk about switching background colours for a change of gender or occasion so we have a variable two-fer this bank holiday Saturday.

Love the blue dusk and although some of your pictures don’t show the true colour it does not detract from the beauty of this card. Your stampcut dies really make a statement and are a wonderful focal point on any card. Don’t see petunias very often so this card is a beautiful treat x
