Birthday Wishes
Hello crafters! I selected six shades of cardstock for today's card offering. I cut one inch wide strips of each then glued them to another piece of card butting them up against each other. I cut a wide piece of white card and matted it with black card top and bottom then added it across the centre of the card. I cut one of the Birthday Gifts in each of the selected colours. I added mounting foam to them then attached them across the bottom of the white card in an up/down manner, slightly overlapping them. I cut the words Birthday Wishes in black from the Birthday Wishes Background and glued them to the card. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 7 1/4" in size. All for now. Sue x

Hi Sue, I love the simplicity of this beautiful card. If I was wandering down the card aisle in the supermarket (on my way to pet food) this is the card that would jump out at me. Love the colours of the stripes and the presents with the colours reversed.
