Spread Your Wings
Hi bloggers! I selected a piece of polka dot paper from the Stripes 'n Dots Paper Pad. I used the Scalloped Circle die set and cut a frame. I used the Double Stitched Circles and made a thin round frame to go on top. I seated it in the middle of the card with mounting foam. I cut two hummingbirds out of leftover pixied card and added them to the inside of the frame and the edge of the frame. I cut a flower and added it to the bottom of the frame. I used a black and white divider piece below the birds and added the sentiments to the top and bottom of the card cut in black. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, I know I say this so often but I mean it, what a beautiful creation, the humming birds out of pixie offcuts really enhance the polka dots background, with the circle frame and black and white layers and sentiments it is a wonderful compliment to the sample.
