Seas The Day
Hi bloggers! I selected a piece of pixie card that looked a bit like water. I used Teal Marine and Emerald Green Pixie Powders to create it. Next I cut the Underwater Life Frame in white twice. I nipped away some of the coral elements on the second die cut and layered them up with mounting foam. I added more seaweed across the top of the frame to encloe it. I cut the sea turtle from the Under The Sea Creatures die set in green then layered his shell on top. I added him on the side of the frame swimming downward. I cut the Seas The Day sentiment in black and glued it to the inside of the frame. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8" in size. I wonder what you have for us the weekend, this past weeks inspiration has been really lovely thank you.
I don't know how to show my appreciation for your brilliant die designs, I've been asked by a local florists to make Father's day cards for them, thanks to you, you have given me so many options, I've had to make a list of what I have and the designs I'm going to use, my head is buzzing with ideas lol, so my weekend will be spent back in my little room of fun as they want to see them plus a small selection of what I use to take to market.

Hi Sue. What lovely colours you have chosen for the background for today's card! and such a good idea to leave the die cut elements in white which doesn't detract from the detail but means that you can appreciate the background colour even more.
