Hope Your Day Is Amazing
Hi crafters! I started by covering a piece of card with a sticky adhesive sheet. I removed the backing paper and covered the exposed adhesive sheet with Amber Glow Aurora Flakes. I used a piece of rubit scrubit pad to move the flakes around and then refine them. I used the Twill Weave embossing folder to emboss the piece. Next I cut the Button Flower floral panel, the Buttercup Floral panel and the Moonflower Foliage panel and the Button Flower foliage panels all cut in both white card and black card. I shadowed each of the four panels with the black die cuts, then glued them on to the background next to each other. I cut a strip of white vellum and added the Hope Your Day Is Amazing sentiment cut in black. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 1/2" x 8 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue. Love that background. Unfortunately, I tend to avoid using gilding flakes as I get into such a mess with them. Just look at what I am missing though.
