Happy Birthday To An Amazing Friend
Hello bloggers! I selected a wild purple pixied background for today's card. I used Purple Violet Pixie Powders to create it. I cut two of the Scalloped Circles in white and matted them. Next I used the Toucan set and cut the greenery from it many times to create a wreath around the inside of the circle. I used some of the leftover pixied card and cut half a dozen flowers from the Hummingbird set and added them to the greenery. I cut the lone hummingbird out of a small pieece of Aqua Lagoon pixied card and added him to the right right of the circle. I used the Happy Birthday To An Amazing Friend sentiment cut out of the pixied card and shadowed in black. I glued it to the centre of the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 8 1/4" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

This is very striking, the colour would really stand out amongst the others, but not just the cour but the beautiful sentiment this inspiration holds, I have a couple of really special friends that I wouldn't hesitate adding this to their card.
If your still making memories with your lovely daughter I hope you have fun, but if you've had to wave her off home, I hope you'll be reliving the visit for a good few weeks as I do lol.

Hi Sue and everyone, I absolutely love this card and its my favourite colour too. I remember seeing this one in your launch of the bird dies and I rember thinking what a unique way to use the pretty flower die. So many gorgeous embossed details in these dies Sue.
