Hugs & Kisses

Hello bloggers!  Happy Boxing Day!  I started with a piece of white card and used the Noble Decorative Hearts to cut an aperture in the centre of the card.  I used the smallest die in the Heart set and cut a bunch of them in white.  I glued all the small white hearts to the background of the aperture.  I added mountng foam to the back to raise it, then added it to another piece of white card.  I cut a smaller hearts out of a piece of Pixie Sparkled card from my craft stash (I used Flirty Sky with a little bit of Red Oxide added in)  I glued it in the aperture.  I cut the Hugs & Kisses sentiment in lack and glued it to the pink heart in the centre of the aperture.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  8 1/4" in size.  All for now,  Sue x

Hi Sue hope you had a lovely Christmas day, and the same to our blog friends.
The first thing I thought about this Boxing day inspiration was 'this would take some time to do' unless there's more than 1 small heart it would have taken at least 20 passes to achieve this sweet background. Its a really pretty way to start the day thank you.
Sending much love to those friends that visit today xx

Hi Sue. Hope you had a wonderful day yesterday and I hope everyone else did too. I had to put all my crafting stuff away yesterday to clear the dining table and what better inspiration to start getting it all out again with a card like this. Very tasteful.

Hi Sue
Hope you and all the wilsonettes enjoyed their day yesterday, among my presents there was your Noble decorative hearts so I will have a go at recreating this beautiful card. I also got your Beautiful Blossoms and a few sentiment dies, will definitely have to do some card making this week.

Love and hugs to everyone
