Sparkle Every Day

Good Sunday morning all!  It's a quick card for today's offering and one that uses my favourite Yupo paper too!  I started with a piece of the white Yupo Paper and used Red Pepper and Wild Plum alcohol inks onto a felt applicator, then pounced on to the Yupo.  I added a little bit of Blending Solution to get the colours to mix and dance a bit.  Once I was happy with it, I used a Gold metallic Marker and splattered it across the card.  I cut the Sparkle Every Day All In One twice, once out of gold mirror card and once out of white card.  I used the white as a shadow behind the gold then glued it to the card.  I used the fall away stars from both of the die cuts and glued them around the outside of the die cut.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 5 3/4"  x  7" in size.  All for now. Sue x

Morning afternoon evening Sue and friends from round the globe.
Quick but stunningly beautiful, the colour, the amazing sparkle that I imagine coming off this gorgeous inspiration. Hope 4th July celebrations as different and difficult it would be this year was still as lovely as it could be.

At 5pm in the UK let's clap one last time for our outstanding NHS to celebrate its 72nd birthday and as a thank you for being there for us when we needed them more than ever.

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, another gorgeous colourful creation today, love the colours you have used, bright and cheerful just as we like them. It is a fitting card for today as we will all be celebrating 75 years of the NHS with a country wide clapping moment later this afternoon. A very proud moment for us as my niece is a nurse.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Hi Sue, my first thought was Christmas! I think it must be the background colours and gold mirri that gave me that impression :-). Whatever occasion it is for I think it is lovely.

An awesome alcohol ink background with added gold spatters for your wonderful All in One die. I may have to play with the alcohol inks today. I hope I remember to put on my gloves. I like your expression that the alcohol inks would "dance" when you added the blending solution. A perfect word for the action one gets when blending the alcohol inks with this solution. Hugs
