Hello there my crafty friends! I embossed a piece of white card with the Padded Quilt embossing folder for today's card. Next I used the back of a piece of pixied card from my stash for the background. The piece was created using Candy Pink and Lava Red Pixie powders. I matted the piece with white and black card then added it to a Looped Rectangle cut in white. I stamped and cut out Ethel holding a coffee cup from Ethel's and Ralph's Homelife die set. I coloured the die cut with markers. I added the cat next to Ethel and then stamped the sentiment and cut it out. I added the sentiment to the upper corner. I added the focal element to the embossed background with mounting foam. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 3/4" x 7 1/2" in size. All for now, Sue x
