Merry Christmas

Hello there my crafty friends!  I selected a piece of antique gold card to use for the background and I cut an aperture into it using the outer die from the Nostalgic Bauble Octagon die set.  I cut the same die out of black card and used it as an offset behind it for a drop shadow.  I added a piece of white card behind it.  I cut the middle die from the Twinkling Lights Octagon die set out of gold card and added a black backing   I added a glittered white background to it and glued it inside the middle ring of the aperture. I cut the centre die from the Bauble die out of gold card and backed it with black and added it to the glittered centre.  Using the Christmas Embellishments die set, I cut four of the the same design in both antique gold and black.  I used the black as an offset shadow on them and glued them into the corners.  I cut the Merry Christmas sentiment out of the Festive Wordie sheets and added it with mounting foam.  The card was completed with white, gold and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  7"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
