Just For You
Hello bloggers! I have another rather clean and simple card to share with you today. I cut the Herringbone Background twice out of white card. I offset the two die cuts so that they were crisscrossing each other. I added a backing piece cut from Arctic Blue card. Next I cut the Layered Hydrangea out of Arctic Blue and Periwinkle Blue. I used Picked Raspberry distress ink to ink the edges of the flowers. I cut the leaves and stems out of two shades of green card and assembled them and added the flowers. I arranged them on the left side of the card. I cut the Just For You sentiment out of Periwinkle blue card and added it to a white shadow backing piece, then attached it with mounting foam next to the flowers. I added several clear water crystals as accents to the background. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8" in size.

Hi Sue. What a lovely background today. It almost looks like a trellis so it would suit any flowers that would like to climb up it. Lovely card.
