Hi there my crafty friends! I selected a piece of white card and embossed it with the Rose Bed embossing folder. I used Wisteria Matt Chalk Polish over the top of the embossed card. I used the diamond border from the Decorative Border die set and cut it in both amethyst and black card. I offset the two colours of the border then added a white backing to it and glued it to the lower portion of the background. Using the Cosmos Flowers, I cut three flowers out of Heather card, then added the outlines to them cut in Amethyst card with a black card shadow. I added black centres to all the flowers then attached them in a group to the side of the border. I used white leaves as accents and cut the Bauble Branch in black and added it as well. For the sentiment, I used the Sending Big Hugs cut in both Amethyst an black card. I shadowed all the words then added them to a white shadow backing piece. I added it to the top of the card with mounting foam. The card was completed with amethyst, black and white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8" in size. All for now, Sue x

Good Morning Sue. I love this one this morning. I love lilac one of my second favourite colours. And I do use it lot. While I like the card the colour immediately brought back not so happy memories. This used to be my school uniform, purple & I hated it! Thank you Sue for the inspiration.j
