Just Because
Hello bloggers! I started with a piece of white card and used the Decorative Borders set to cut a pattern into all four sides of the card. I cut four thin strips of black card and glued them across the back of the card down the centres of the decorative borders. I cut four slightly wider pieces of lilac card and glued them over the rest of the four borders. I cut the Butterfly Rectangle Frame out of lilac and black card. I used the black die cut as a shadow behind the lilac die cut. I glittered the lilac frame with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz. Using the Just Because Block Sentiment, I cut it out of lilac card and black gloss card. I matted the lilac die cut with a slightly larger piece of white card, then used the words from the Black Gloss card and paper pieced them back into place. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

The lilac and black is so striking. Not a colour combination I think I’ve ever used. It’s gorgeous. Your butterfly rectangle frame is beautiful. Sundays card used the same frame but how different they look - so versatile x
