Dashing Through The Snow

Hi bloggers!  For today's card I cut the Snowflake Panel into a piece of white card three times.  I alternated it in direction each time.  I attached a sticky adhesive sheet to a piece of aqua card.   I attached the snowflake panel background to the aqua card.  I left all the larger snowflakes in the card and only popped out the small stars and snowdrops.  I used Iced Snow on the background and then ran a thick line of glue around all four sides and sprinkled Iced Snow on it.  For the focal element, I cut the Blustery Frame out of aqua card.  I added it to a white backing piece then added it to the centre of the card with mounting foam.  I cut the Dashing Through The Snow sentiment in black and glued it inside the frame. I added a single snowflake to the corner of the frame.  The card was completed with white and aqua card.  The finished dimensions are 8"  x  8"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

Good morning Sue.
Aqua and sprinkles = perfect delicate and wintery like it is outside, my hibernation starts later today this is me now behind the warmth of the front door until next spring, so each day, each post will be a tutorial of newness and launches. A perfect piece of inspiration for a cold snowy icy day with one last important delivery to take care of. Glad you felt a little better yesterday Ann hope today is even better, must be a virus or something as I now have a very painful gland up as big as a gob stopper lol.
Love to all, try and keep as warm as you can xxx

Hi Sue
Happy Monday everyone x
Beautiful frosty and sparkly. Love everything about todays card. The gorgeous Aqua colour and plenty of iced snow for the perfect shimmer.
The frosty part is very appropriate today. We had quite a lot of snow last night. The unscraped cars still have a thick layer covering them. Not quite enough to make the world grind to a halt thank goodness!
Take care one and all x
Sending you all positive thoughts x

A lovely card in my favourite aqua. Greeting is very apt for today as many now have snow, however I don’t think they will be dashing, more like crawling! Thank you Sue.
