Hello Friend
Hello crafters! Clean and simple, this one is! I cut the Swirly Scrolls Background in white and then backed it in white. I used the Hello Friend sentiment, but to create a pop of colour, I cut the sentiment in Orange, yellow and raspberry card. I offset each of the sentiments slightly so each colour was showing. I cut the shadow backing die out of white card and glued the sentiment to it, then attached it to the centre of the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 3/4" x 8 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

I know I go on a lot about your large and noble expression dies being the only element on CAS cards and this is exactly what I mean, perfect. Not only are they really quick to batch make if your doing a craft fair or charity making, but with all the useful, beautiful expression dies you've given us over the years, cut your mats, cut your expression die repeat... and for a new crafter this kind of card will give no end confidence, this design (CAS) go down really well, these are the first cards people buy because the expression stands out with no other competition, sometimes 'from the heart' is the only thing people want, you do your expression dies in all sizes so even for a 6x6 and smaller, this design is perfect in every way.

CAS card to many crafters but I can see me getting into a right mess trying to stick it down as it is so intricate. lol But practise makes perfect and I do want it!

Good Morning Sue. What a surprise. I love this. When you need something quickly here it is. And you just can't go wrong. I can see this one in darker colours with a gold or silver or any colour mirror card Just for the men. Ohhh Yes I need this background die. Thankyou Sue.

Hi Sue, a lovely CAS card and one that would be quite easy to replicate. The Swirly Scrolls Background is a favourite from the last launch and it has done all of the work here - I don't think that I could resist putting it on a sticky sheet and adding glitter :-) I love the multi-coloured stacked sentiment, not something I would have thought of.

I love a white on white card with a splash of color/colors. The three colors used for the "Hello friend " work so well together. There are cards, like this one, where all you need is a sentiment that says it all.
