A Joyful Christmas
Hello bloggers! I selected an aqua background and cut everything in white for today's card. I cut the Snowflake Background in white, then cut it in half and added a thin white strip to the cut edge. I backed the two halves with aqua card then added mounting foam to raise them. I added the panels to each side of the card. For the centre I cut three flowers from the Poinsettia Trio die set. I glittered them with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz. I seated them in the centre section at the bottom of the card and added some accents cut from the Foliage Pieces die set. For the sentiment I used the A Joyful Christmas To You & Yours. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 1/4" x 11 1/2" in size. All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue.
My favourite pastel shade of blue. I'm loving this whole design. Off to our Nov 5th hideaway today with peace, quiet and NO distressing fireworks for our fur-baby to contend with.
Stay safe this Nov 5th and be considerate to our ex-service vets with PTSD, to our autistic and elderly neighbours and of course our pets and wild animals and birds that are absolutely terrified of these awful loud booms etc.

Very pretty card. Glad to be back to Christmas cards as I need to make mine post haste.I am going to use this card as a "model" as I can use other SW dies to get a likeness as I don't have the snowflake die. So many to choose from.

Hi Sue, I love aqua and white at Christmas as an alternative to red and green and I especially like the glittered poinsettias. I have the two main die sets so will give this design a go with a different sentiment.

Beautiful and elegant Christmas card. This combination, white on aqua, is soft and modern. I use it for people who I know want something different from a traditional red and green Christmas card.
