Thinking Of You This Festive Season

Hello bloggers!  I cut the Radiating Background in Antique Gold card, leaving a wide edge and added a white backing piece to it.  I used the Round Corner Squares and cut a wide white frame and added it over the background with mounting foam.  I cut two smaller multi-layered frames using the Round Corner Squares  I used a wider white base and a thin gold frame on top.  I added mounting foam to both of the smaller frames then added a white backing piece to them.  I attached them inside the larger frame in a diamond orientation.  I cut the Thinking Of You This Festive Season and put one sentiment in each of the smaller frames.  Using the Poinsettia Trio, I cut three red poinsettias and added them with green leaves around the small frames inside the larger frame.  The card was completed with gold and white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 3/4"  x  7 3/4"   in size.

On another note, see Jamie Rodgers demonstrate my July Festive release today on Hobbymaker.  He will be on at 2pm and 4pm today.   Tune in on Sky 670, Freeview 73, Freesat 807 and via the Hobby maker website and You Tube.  All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue.What a lovely card today. I am always afraid to cover up the details of a lovely die cut element but you have demonstrated that you can still see the details behind the main focal points.
