Miss You

Hello there my crafty friends!  I started with a piece of Pixie Sparkled card using Beyond Blue Pixie Sparkles.  Next I cut the Columba Gemini die in white twice I glued them to the sides of the pixied card, then used the Columba cutting die to cut it even with the die on both sides.  Next I used the Sophia die to cut it into the centre of the card.  I back the Sophia die with a piece of the Beyond Blue card, then added a piece of black card behind the entire piece.  I used the Double Stitched Octagons and made a thin white frame.  I added mounting foam to the back and attached the frame in the centre of the card.  I cut the Miss You sentiment in black and glued it to the middle of the die cut.  Using the flowers from the Magnolia Corner I added three small flowers at the bottom of the frame.  I glittered them with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/2"  x  9 1/2"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue.
You've used some golden oldies here I think, who would have thought that when you designed your very first die I'd be struggling for storage room to house the 100 other designs lol and I STILL forget to cut into the cardstock, it's only when you give my brain a poke with your pretty inspirational samples do I tell myself out loud not to keep using as a border or nesting, CUT INTO your card and show the pretty pixie underneath you fool lol, so now you know what goes on inside my head, I'll say "I miss your demo's on TV Sue " and I'll send my love to you and to all our Wilsonettes xxx

Hi Sue. Not too sure about this one. I do like to see black used on cards as it usually makes the colours pop but I think there is too much black on this one for me - sorry.
