Joyful

Hi bloggers!  I selected black, white and silver as the colours for this card.  I cut the Swirls Background out of Silver card.  I covered a piece of white card with a sticky adhesive sheet, peeled the backing paper off and attached the Swirls Background to it.  I used Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz on the exposed adhesive areas.  Next I backed  the background with a piece of black card, leaving a wide margin.  I cut a piece of white card slightly larger and stamped all around the edges with a poinsettia stamp using a Clear Perfect Medium pad.  I coated it with True White Embossing powder and used a heat tool to melt the powder.  I added the background to it with mounting foam.  I cut the Joyful sentiment in black and glued it on a piece of white vellum, then added it to the centre of the card.  I cut two white poinsettias and seated them in opposite corners with white Evergreen Leaves.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 3/4"  x  7 3/4"  in size.
