Christmas Greetings

Hello there my crafty friends!  I started by embossing a piece of white card with the Nordic Tiles embossing folder.  I cut three of the Scalloped Poinsettia Border die in white and added them like a petticoat to the bottom of the embossed card.  I used Old Rose card for the Poinsettia strip and added it between the embossed top of the card and the scalloped borders.  I cut the Greetings out of Old Rose card, then added the word Christmas from the Christmas Greetings die set.  I added white shadows to both of the words and attched them with mounting foam to the top of the card.  The card was completed with white and old rose mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 8"  x  8 3/4"  in size.

The final instalment of Christmas dies will launch here tomorrow morning at 6am.  I hope you will be able to join us back here then!  All for now, Sue x

Ohhh Sue, what a stunning piece of inspiration to start a new week with. The Nordic tile folder is so valuable, I use it quite a lot especially on cards for males, but also all year round because I can.
The pretty scalloped border is so cute, and I'm hanging on to my last sheet of old rose cardstock by a thread lol its such a beautiful shade of pink with so many other colours to put with it, I really must treat myself to the Greetings set the font you've used is amazing. This is definitely a card that would be on show all year round it's absolutely beautiful.
Looking forward to more brilliant dies from you tomorrow Sue, I have my notebook ready for Santa, now all I need to do is be a good girl for the next 4 months lol.
Love to all xx

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, oh this is gorgeous, everything about it is amazing and love the frill effect at the bottom. The best bit for me is that I have all these dies and can make this myself, so you know what I will be doing don't you ha ha.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Hello Sue and all your blogers.
Todays card is another Masterpiece that could only have come from your hands.
I absolutely love that petticoat look and it's not a word you hear theses days is it?
I have a hospital appointment today and wish I owned a cell phone so I could wallow in your postings instead of just sitting waiting .Unfortunately my vision is not good enough for one of those little magic boxes.
Looking forward now to tomorrow.s launch.
Peace to all.

Hi Sue, I love the gentle look to this card. Old rose and petticoats seem to be made for each other, both vintage, both lovely. Looking forward to part 3 tomorrow although I can't imagine what else you have dreamed up for us.
