Hello crafters! I started by selecting a vivid blue pixied background from my stash for the start of today's card. The background was created using
Midnight Blue and Aqua Lagoon Pixie Powders. I cut the
Noble Vintage Labels in white a couple of times. I cut the three largest sizes and situated them in opposite directions in the centre of the card. I cut one of the smaller ones and raised it as a frame around the sentiment. I cut the
You Are Simply The Best Ever in black and glued it to the inside of the frame and added the frame across the centre of the card with foam mounting tape to raise it. I cut the foliage die from the
Buttercup Floral Panel and used it coming from the corners inwards towards each other. I added some pale pink and aqua flowers using the
Mini Cosmos die set. I added one more pink flower and leaves near the sentiment. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 8" x 8 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue I love how you edged the stunning background with the leaves from the buttercup panel and the tiny perfection which is the mini cosmos set. Not sure what's on the wonk, my eyes or the vintage labels, probably my eyes, I was having quite a good sleep until our fur-baby started dreaming, woop woop and growling at the top of her barkbox!

Hi Sue, a really striking card with the deep blue background which is a little bold for me but I love the design and the foliage with the pretty mini cosmos.

Hi Sue. What a good idea to use the frames to make a stunning pattern for the center of the card giving such a pretty result. The blue colour for the background is a bit bright for me but it would be easy enough to tone this down a bit though.
