Best Wishes

Hello there my crafty friends!  I started this card with a trip to my background pile stash!  I used Emerald Green and Zesty Lime Pixie Sparkles to create this background.  Next I cut the Mallory die twice out of white card.  I overlapped them slightly then taped them together.  I cut the Buttercup Floral Panel in white and added a black backing frame to it.  I added it on top of the two Mallory dies with mounting foam and attached it to the left side of the card.  I cut the foliage panel from the Buttercup Floral Panel set in white vellum and glued it to the bottom right corner of the card as an accent.  I used the Best Wishes sentiment cut in black and glued it across the foliage.  I added two white butterflies at the top from the Butterfly Delights die set.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The  finished dimensions are 8 1/4"  x  9"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue is that a pixie and clingfilm background? My favourite, the end result is absolutely lovely.
I love the Mallory as a surround border to the panel die, what a lovely design idea. I was looking at making a few Eid cards and after researching the design of these cards I was thrilled, and I wonder if you know that a few of your earlier small decorative dies are a wonderful design if the straight sides of the die are stuck together, plus a neighbour of ours had her 85th birthday yesterday and her garden is an absolute credit to her, she saves some pension every year to buy her plants and we add to her love of gardening by birthday and Christmas gifts, vouchers or planters, but the biggest smile comes from your beautiful dies for the gardener of flowers or vegetables, you really do know how to help us bring the biggest smile to those that receive our cards, they are one offs no-one anywhere will ever get a card the same, try and find a card which fits the hobby or subject spot on from a shop, your dies have it all for us to give thank you Sue.
One day I'll post a one liner lol.

Love to all, thinking of Muriel and our Heather. Where are you Muriel? xxx

Hello Sue
This again is a lovely card. I was crafting using one of your older dies yesterday, one of your border dies and I noticed a tiny mark so I added one of your butterflies. What would we be without you. Take care everyone x

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, I am amazed every day by the samples you bring us, the pixie powder backgrounds are absolutely stunning, I know I say this a lot but they really and todays one is no exception. I could remake this card as I have all the ingredients, however it would not match up to your expert sample, your so clever. Thank you so much for sharing this one.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Hi Sue. Another stunning background for today's card and by using these bright colours really makes the main image pop. Glad you have shown us how to use our existing dies fit behind the new panel dies.

Again beautiful... I love how your dies always make a card appear so clean and elegant, particularly in monochrome, and allow you to have fun with backgrounds and colour.

Morning Sue - this is stunning, I love the colour combination so much, and the use of vellum to soften the leaf accent is inspired - I must remember to try that! Colleen xx

Hi Sue, I love the colours of this gorgeous background and thank you for showing us how to use other dies as a base for the panel dies. Like Colleen I will try to remember to use vellum to soften leaves, it is a lovely effect.
