Season's Greetings
Hi crafters! I pulled out an older die set for today's card offering. I started with a piece of card that I used Midnght Blue Pixie Powders all over. I cut the Slimline Outer Scalloped Oval Aperture Trio out of it. Next I cut the Inner Scalloped Oval Aperture out of white card and glued it below the other die. I cut another piece of the pixied card and used it as a backing piece. I stamped the animals, trees and log from the Forest Animals stamp set and cut them out with the matching Forest Animals dies. I used Distress markers to colour them in. Iced Snow was added to the trees for sparkle. I mounted one of the trees and the fox and hedgehog in the left aperture, then added the log and a squirrel off to the ide. I used two more trees and some of the smaller animals in the left oval aperture. I cut the Season's Greetings die and nipped the two words apart, then mounted them above and below the apertures. I used the baby deer in the centre aperture. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 5 1/4" x 9 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Stunning card Sue, love the blue background xx
OK this has thrown me, do I remember these? No, are they a mix of a couple of sets or all one set, I really don't remember these at all but I have to say just how lovely they are perfect for your slimline cards Sue. I feel some research is necessary unless they've been retired that is. Wishing everyone a good, safe, and hopefully a happy Friday. Love to all xxx
Hi Sue

Hi Sue and everyone well I dont remember the dies you used on todays card. I think these have to be very old dies, from before I found you and your wonderful blog. But I love them none the less and a great background too Sue.

Hello Sue,
Well I am glad I am not the only one that doesn't remember these dies. They are just perfect for your slimline collection.
I have done a little bit of research and found that you released these in June 2017 and also found that these are available at various craft stores along with a matching stamp set.
Your card is gorgeous and I love the blue background.

How the dies from 2017 marry up with dies from 2021 just showing that your lovely dies are ageless and timeless. Fabulous against the pixie powder background.. Thankyou Sue.
