Get Well Soon

Hi there my crafty friends!  I created this garden card by cutting the flowers from the Elegant Arrangements die set.  I cut all the flowers out of shades of green card first, then went back and cut the flowers in an assortment of pinks, lavenders, peach and yellow.  I cut the flowers away from the stems and glued them on to the flowers cut in green.  I made a multi-layered frame using the Clipped Corner Rectangles with a white base and a thinner lilac frame on top.  I embossed a piece of white card using the Fanciful Flowers folder and added the frame to the embossed card as a background.  I glued all of the flowers in place in the bottom of the frame.  I cut the Get Well Soon out of lilac card and black card and shadowed it then glued it into the frame above the flowers.  I added the frame to a piece of white card and added pearls in the corners.  the card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6"  x  7 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x

As I wait for Particraft to load I wonder what you'll call your inspiration for the day then it's there, a window of sheer beauty. Being the sensitive person I am (my keepers words not mine) lol can I sat if I could make anything as beautiful as this it would be dedicated to our lovely blog friends recovering from surgery.
Sending much love to everyone today please remain sensible xxx.🌷

Hi Sue, a beautiful card and I wish that my garden looked as pretty - unfortunately the recent heavy rains have ruined several plants - but nothing can spoil this lovely card and the flowers will last for ever. It would certainly cheer me up were I to receive a card like this.
