Hello crafters! Here's a sort of clean and simple card for you today. I started with a piece of coconut white card and used the
Pearlescent watercolour inks on it. I used
Golden Sunrise and Lemon Glacier with a hint of
Red Sunset. I just randomly painted (or rather blobbed) them onto the card, with a few wispy strokes around the edge. I cut the
Because Shadowed sentiment in white and added a black offset shadow, then glued it to the centre of the card. I stamped the rest of the sentiment using the matching stamps in the
Because Die/ Stamp Combo set and cut it out with the tag die, then added it with mounting foam below. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 1/2" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now. Sue x

Hi Sue, I'm speechless lol, go back to the beginning - stick pins, big flouncy ribbons and elegance, who would have thought that you'd give us blobs and lovely blobs to boot, my blobs would head straight to our cream paper bin, I can't blob, I can do pixie powders and clingfilm and it took Muriel to explain twice how to get the SWPP effect (work that one out) I love your simple but really effective inspiration today Sue, and I just love the font of your new sentiment that sums up how we feel about you. Good Morning Sue. As much as I love almost everything you bring to us each morning ... I am so sorry ... but ... Today's card is just not for me. I am not a lover of the contemporary art stuff. I am more classical and shabby chic. But I also have the understanding that you have to try to please everyone. And by looking at the earlier comments ... Hi Sue. You have shown us a really great way to use up our stash of backgrounds. This is just the sort of result you get when you mop up the "waste" inks and paints from our craft mats onto card rather than wiping it up and throwing it away! Love it.
