Season's Greetings

Hi there my crafty friends!  This one was a demo during my Sept. shows on C & C.  I started with the Hunter Green Glitter Kiss and I used the applicator to put circles of the glitter kiss on to black card.  Once they dried, I added some Fire Red circles, slightly overlapping the green in some places.  Lastly I added the Sahara Gold Glitter Kiss circles.  Just make sure the applicator has a thin coat and that you have wiped off any around the sides of the applicator.  Place it firmly down and give it a small twist and pull up, it makes pretty circles.  Once dry, I added it to the Ruffle Edged Frame and used the inside die as a decorative mat for it.  I cut the centre section in white and added it with foam.  I used the red glitter Kiss and coated a piece of card and allowed it to dry well.  I cut both the Season's Greetings sentiment and the Poinsettias out of it.  I added the sentiment to a white shadow and glued it in the centre of the card.  I assembled the flower and added it in the lower corner with Evergreen Branches cut from green card as accents.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/2" x  8 1/2"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue. I remember watching you put this together beautiful card together and it's saved amongst all craft shows you've done here in the UK. The ruffled edge is so versatile and the stunning red floral element pops to go with your easy but eye popping background I just love all of it. Your CAS cards went down a storm yesterday it seems customers like your method of clean and simple so thank you for being a brilliant mentor. Have a lovely day whatever your plans xxx
