Thanks

Good Sunday morning all!  Today's card was made with some leftover pieces from another card I made.  Don't you just love a two-fer!  I started by making a piece of Glitter Kiss background by swiping some Antique Rose, Lilac and Teal Glitter Kiss across a card.  I allowed it to dry well, then used the Double Stitched Rectangles and cut a thin frame and a bold rectangle shape out of it.  (The piece in between them was used on another card).  I added mounting foam to both pieces and attached them to a piece of coconut white card.  I used the Noble Thanks cut in white and glued it in the centre of the card.  Using just the outline shapes from the Striped Nasturtiums, I created three flowers.  I added an inner section in black and seated a large pearl in the middle.  I added the flowers in opposite corners with some leaves cut in white.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 3/4" x  8 1/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x

WOW!!!!!

That was my first thoughts. It's got a strong beautiful background and the frame to match but it also looks so clean, worthy of a glass box frame and wall mounted. Oh Sue I have ice cream tubs, take out and cook @home tubs you name any plastic storage and I have a fall out of some die or another lol.

Thinking of those that the country lost throughout all combat and also those brave animals they rode.

Awwww.... AMAZING!! Love your Glitter Kiss background!! And he Striped Nasturtium are delightful !
I have some Glitter Kiss in my stash, but sadly they are dried because of the high hot of this Summer. Someone know how I could fix them (if it's possible)? Perhaps with a bit of water? Thanks in advance to a kind lady who will give me an answer...

Hi Sue, a striking CAS style card that is beautiful in its simplicity. I love the Glitter Kissed card and the openness of the Striped Nasturtiums lends itself to this style, just love it.

Following the Cenotaph ceremony on the television, now onto the march past which always brings a lump to my throat. Thinking of everyone today.

A stunning and colorful card with a bold greeting. Yes, I like a two-fer as well. That does take some planning to do so. Then I have to think of a "safe place" for those left over thin frames util I am ready to use them. Your nasturtiums are sweet. LOL
