Morning Sue and lovely Wilsonettes. As we all rise to start a brand new day, Sue is snuggled with hot chocolate, slippers and maybe a onesie thinking about a long night sleep ! Who am I kidding - I bet it's still lovely and warm where our Sue is right now, boy oh boy wont it come as a shock as Sue is frozen to the spot as soon as she arrives back here !?
I see some of our lady craft addicts are not quite sure where they live this morning, but all is forgiven as it's still early. Maybe after work and after you have watched the tutorial video and searched for the illusive MOJO that's missing from CRAFTY KEEPSAKE's life just now, you can tell us the area you are 'tapping away' from. For those Sue addicts that have searched and helped our fellow Wilsonette find MOJO we love to see where you craft, thanks, actually, its just a sneaky way of being nosey : )

This certainly IS a celebration card Sue, a card to celebrate another W.O.W (Wonder Of Wilson) and a celebration that we Wilsonettes have been lucky enough to have such a great blog to look forward to every day, and the anticipation of what delight greets us every morning. Im off to watch the video now I can focus properly, I think my brain cell is engaged and ready to take in delightful instruction : )
Have a wonderful day Sue whatever you have planned, and the same goes to our lovely ladies. Any help you can give to raise our Jens (CRAFTY KEEPSAKE) spirits and help her find her 'crafty Mojo' again would be sooo lovely.
Im Lancashire Steph from Liverpool !

Morning Sue, Wow !! this video is fabulous, as is the card, what a genius way you have cut the corners on the white card and then slotted the background black card into them, genius. I love the finished look to the card, and those beautiful flowers and swirls complete this stunning piece.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Hi Sue, absolutely stunning card , just love it. Have found that when I lose my mojo all it takes sometimes is for my hubby to say " dont worry about doing anything for awhile" suddenly drawers in my craftroom open and crafty bits start to fly out and land on my desk vying with each other for my attention saying " you haven't used me in ages - its my turn now" suddenly my mojo is raring to go as it definitely doesn't like being put in its place by my crafty stash ( its ego cant take it) . Jen don't chase after your mojo cuz if you do the little blighter will hide in even better places , you have to be sneakier by telling it you dont need it anymore and I'm sure the pesky thing will come running back tail between its legs.

Well Sue, what can I say other than "Thank you" you really have no idea when you're standing there in your studio making your tutorial video's that some dumb ex Brummie, now a Lancastrian has recently started to play with adhesive sheets and micro beads. But dittsey dumb brain here thought she'd get real clever and try putting it through her 'mangle' (as Mr Lancashire calls it) ! I inherited 2 snow flake dies (hangs head in shame as not SB dies) but who says NO to any die when you dont have many anyway ? So, Im not fortunate enough to have a GC machine : ( but I got in such a cafuddle with it all ! I didn't know which side would be better to cut through, neither did my brain realise that it had to peel off one side before passing it through, I had sticky everywhere, I had snowflakes that looked all misformed, I had flakes that were stuck together, oh the frustration of not having more than 1 working brain cell !! But thanks to you and your tutorial that almost caters for stupid idiotic non thinking fools like me, I now 'think' I will get to grips with adhesive paper and dies, if not, then not only will the guilding flakes and slippery acitate have a conspiracy against me, they will get the adhesive sheet on their side too !!!
There are SO many tools and toys I need t even think about trying some of your cards, but as Im firmly stuck in the 'old world' without an A4 size mangle, what hope do I have ? Oh yeah, with all these evil toys against me, you throw beaded swirls at me ! I feel a sweat coming on !
Wonderful card and equally wonderful tutorial -.Thank you xx
Lancashire Steph xx

Monochrome is always a winner in my book. The format for today's gift is wonderful. Today's dies are my favourite at the moment - cut in different strengths of paper/card/parchment give very different looks. Each one being elegant in its own right.

Another gorgeous card Sue. I've watched the video and as always, such a great tutorial. There are so many good tips that you give from doing the corners and the way you slot in the embossed background sheet. The way you line the stamps up and place the stamping block on top of it. To be honest that would be better for me to do that as my stamps tend to look skiwift! (It's the age thing eyesight!). Also the best way for you that you use for the sticky sheet, which could end up being better for some of us out there too. Then there's the cutting of the pearls to size and how to get them just right on the card from the sticky sheet that holds them and your fingers! Plus, although I worried a bit at first at the cracking when I first cut dies, I now love it and know it's done the job pretty good! Oooo and I just love poking out the bits too, like you, (although they get everywhere!). It is very theraputic! These videos are doing a fantastic job that help anyone who would like to start crafting as a hobby. Then who knows? What a mentor! We could have a little tribe of Sue Wilsons out there before too long and how great would that be!! Thank you so much Sue for all the inspiration that you give xx Love Karen xx
