Hi there my crafty friends! For today's fishing themed card, I started with a piece of Arctic Blue card as the background. I cut the Fishing Frame out of tan card. I used some Gathered Twigs distress ink and shaded around the frame. I used the die again a few more times and cut some of the individual elements from the frame. I cut the Gone Fishing sign out of brown card. I used a fine tipped black marker to go over the words and the lines in the wood, then mounted it on top of the one on the frame. I cut the Fishing bag out of brown card and did the same thing, gluing it on top of the one on the frame. I cut the fishing rod out of white card and used markers to colour it, then glued it on the frame. The fishing net and cattails were done the same way. I added mounting foam to the back of the frame and added it to the arctic blue card. I cut the sentiment from the die set in brown and shadowed it in black then glued it to the middle of the frame. The frame was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 5 3/4" x 7" in size. All for now, Sue x

Good Tuesday morning Sue, wow this card today and the dies are fantastic, I have family who are fishing fanatics so this die set will be jumping in my basket today, the detail on the different dies is amazing, thank you so much for sharing with us all, big hugs June Smith xxx
Hi Sue and all that have sometime had to sit on a wet cold bank for hours and hours and gone home with an empty cool bag just because we thought we loved our school crush lol not me im glad to say. Whatever makes them want to play with maggots and worms?
I've been asked for a fishing theme card for a lads 30th but the customer wants a more 'risqué' comical card!!
Never thought id be the kind of person that reaches for her phone whilst in bed in some fancy hotel - sign of the times? Or addiction to PC ? It has to be the latter.

Hi Sue, great card if you have a fisherman in the family. Love Jean xxx
Hi Sue
A very striking card, so different to yesterday’s gentle and feminine one. It’s great for fishing enthusiasts. My late father would have loved it.

Hi Sue
Great man card Sue. My husband used to go fishing and he stored the ragworms in the fridge, they're ugly looking thing and used to freak me out.
