Hello bloggers! I started today's card by cutting the Art Deco Oval Frame out of white card. I backed the outer die with black gloss card. I cut the middle die from the set out of black gloss card and backed it in white and layered it on to the larger piece. Next I cut the Art Deco Fan Background out of white card. I cut the background two full fan strips (discarding the rest of it) and backed them with black gloss card. I cut a larger piece of white card and added the two fan strips to the edges of the card with mounting foam. I added the Oval Frame to the centre with mounting foam. I cut the Art Deco For You sentiment in white and glued it to the middle of the Oval Frame. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 9 1/2" in size. Good Morning Sue and all that visit this morning.
At last we are back from our long holiday in Beautiful Turkey. We had a lovely time in a gem of a lovely family run small hotel. They just couldn't do enough for everyone. Except the wifi which kept cutting out. But we can't have everything can we when we are in a different country ... We have to abide by their rules.I
Today's card is lovely Sue. I love the Art deco cards. I had a peep back at some of the cards I missed while we were away when I got home and everyone is a gem. So it's back to normal now until April 2024 when we will return to the place I love once again.
