On Your Special Day

Hello crafters!  I selected a piece of Cobalt card and embossed it with the Padded Quilt embossing folder.  Next I cut the Loving Heart Frame out of three different shades of blue card.  I used Arctic Blue, Sky Blue and Cobalt blue.  I offset each of the blue die cuts and added them to a white shadow backing die cut.  I seated it on the card in a diamond orientation.  I cut the Noble On Your Special Day sentiment out of both cobalt and black card.  I shadowed the sentiment then glued it to the centre of the frame. I cut several flowers from the Pierced Layered Flowers out of white card covered with a sticky adhesive sheet.  I peeled the backing off each flower and added an outline flower cut out of sky blue card.  I coated the flowers with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz then seated them in opposite corners and added some white leaves as accents.  I added small white pearls to the background too.  The card was completed with white, sky blue and cobalt mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 8"  x  8"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
