I'm Thinking Of You

Hello there my crafty friends!  I embossed the background with the Stripes embossing folder.  Next I selected a piece of decorative paper from my stash and cut the Watering Can Shaped die.  I cut it again out of ocean card and nipped away the top and bottom edges of the watering can and glued them to the decorative version.  Using the Floral Bouquet, I cut a bunch of the foliage and stems out of assorted shades of green.  I cut three large flowers out of raspberry, bright yellow and lilac card and glued them to the stem circles.  I arranged the foliage and flowers until I was satisfied and then taped the stems behind the top of the watering can.  I attached it to the embossed background with mounting foam.  I cut the I'm Thinking Of You sentiment out of ocean coloured card above the watering can.  I added two small butterflies, also from the Floral Bouquet set, in the other corner as accents.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 3/4"  x  8 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, another beautiful creation using the watering can die set and flowers, you have already shown how the watering can could be turned into a plant pot, so what about making it into a tea pot with a cup and saucer by the side. See what you are doing to me Sue when I look at your creations. I am loving the paper you have used on the watering can too.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

A lovely bright cheerful card
It is difficult to tell how big the elements are which sadly is more awkward to be able to do these days

So pretty. I’ve got the watering can die and have used it as an actual card ‘blank’ and used it on shrunk plastic on a card. So versatile. Brilliant. Thanks Sue x
