Believe
Hi bloggers! I haven't done this technique (Paved Pearls) in ages! I started by taping various shades of blue card strips together on a piece of copy paper. I cut the Believe Big Bold word out of it and kept all of the fall away piece. I cut the Believe in black and glued it to a piece of white card , then paper pieced the fall away pieces back into it. I added a bead of glue around the edge and sprnkled Iced Snow on it and let it dry. I stamped two other sentiments and cut them out with the tags and added them to the upper and lower corners of the card. I added mounting foam to the back of the white card and added it to a larger piece of white card. Using the white PVA glue, I did random dots of the glue in a variety of sizes all the way around the edge. There is a step by step tutorial on this technique at the top of the blog (above this post) if you want to see it. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 1/2" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Morning Sue.
Thank you a lovely card, very pretty blues.
Take care and have fun Kitty.
Fabulous card Sue, lovely background but I'm sure if I tried it. it would end up a hot mess as I'd more than likely get my hand in it at some point xx
Hello Sue, I remember the Pavel pearl technique and what fun it was.
I was lucky enough to win the Believe die from your latest release and must have a play with this soon. Seem to be busy with family birthday cards at the present and more in August - my grandson who will be 17 and my mother who will be 102.

Morning Sue, a beautiful festive card, with a brilliant technique to create the pearls, which I have not tried for years. Take care and stay safe everyone. Bx
Great to see the paved pearls making a comeback! x
Ohhh I love this Sue, the various shades of blue, the odd slip of white thrown in and that bold shot of black to emphasise your powerful sentiment that has so many meanings for example - I believe that Ann Topp is a cheeky madam lol OK hands up I ramble lol. All week you've given us the most stunning inspiration Sue, from CAS to a little more fru-fru but thank you doesn't sound appreciative enough for what you do for us and our mental health especially with your blog that brings us all together with the same love of craft particularly how to use your tools for those new to die cutting and to remind us of the older collections we have, thank you Sue. Much love to all today xxx (beat that Ann lol) xxx
Lovely card today.

Hello Sue
There are so many possibilities with these bold dies I spent a lovely afternoon yesterday just looking through your cards on Pinterest. Hazel like you I would make a complete mess of trying to dot all over. Luckily I have the falling snow embossing folder.Take care everyone x
Hi Sue, a fabulous card, lovely paved pearl background. The paper piecing works really well with the Bug Bold Letters.

Hi Sue
A lovely card. Those paved pearls look like a labour of love, I think I’d substitute with the Falling Snow embossing folder.

Hi Sue. What a really good idea to use this method to colour the card and I am sure there are lots of other ideas with different colours and patterns that could be used.
